1. Booking Deposits
Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking to reserve a chef’s time and resources. These deposits are:

Refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service

Non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time
Custom cancellation windows may apply based on the chef’s own policy, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
2. Meal Prep Services
If you're unhappy with a meal prep service due to quality, missed items, or delivery issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the service. We will:

Offer a partial or full refund if the issue is verified

Work with the chef to resolve or replace the affected meals, when possible
We cannot refund meals that have been consumed or improperly stored.
3. Private Dining & Event Services
For private dining or catering events, refunds are handled as follows:

100% refund if canceled 7+ days before the event

50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before the event

No refund if canceled within 72 hours of the event
If a chef cancels or cannot fulfill the booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook with another chef at no additional cost.
4. No-Shows or Late Arrivals
If a customer is not present at the agreed-upon time and location and the chef has made reasonable effort to reach you:

No refund will be issued for no-shows

If the chef is late beyond 30 minutes without notice, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund
5. Refund Request Process
