3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

4. Bookings and Payments

5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Chef Responsibilities

All chefs on the platform agree to:

• Maintain appropriate food handling certifications as required by law

• Prepare and deliver meals safely and professionally

• Communicate clearly with clients about menus, allergens, and expectations

Chef'd is not liable for any direct interaction between clients and chefs outside the platform.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others

• Violate local health or safety codes when using our services

• Harass or abuse chefs, customers, or staff

Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Chef'd platform—including branding, text, graphics, and software—is the property of Chef'd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chef'd provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Food quality or allergens

• Missed appointments or delays caused by chefs or users

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chef'd, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement on third-party rights.
